My current flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend
so I'm looking for one clean and friendly person to
take over his room.

The flat is located between Earl’s court (5mn)
and Gloucester Road (5mn) tube stations (Piccadilly,
Circle and District line).High Street .Kensington is
15mn walk. You have a Sainsbury’s (1mn walk) and
Waitrose (2mn walk).
YOUR SPACE – Own bathroom (not ensuite) with Double
bedroom
The Flat is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). You will
have one large room (double bed) in a furnished two
bedroom flat. You will have exclusive access to your
own bathroom (not ensuite). Your room includes storage
capabilities and faces out onto Collingham road.
SHARED SPACE - Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer,
microwave, fridge/freezer, oven…well equipped for
cooking. Living room area includes sofa and dining table.
Wireless broadband internet, TV and DVD player.
PRICE - £779 per month (£179 per week) exclusive
of bills and council tax. Note £130 per month(£30
pw) must be allowed for council tax and utilities (Water,
Gas, Electricity,Wi-fi). The estate agent requires £1.100
deposit and also there is an agency fee of £235.
YOU! You must feel comfortable sharing with a 30 something
Spanish
woman who respects other people privacy while enjoying
her own.
Any potential flatmate must be clean and tidy and help
maintain the communal living space. You must want to
live in a relaxed household with consideration for one
another in terms of
noise.

Objective
: a position in marketing in prestige cosmetics based
in London
In order
to succeed as a project manager, I have chosen to gain
a double expertise in engineering and marketing by achieving
a specialized postgraduate degree in marketing management
at the ESSEC Business School (AACSB accredited) after
my studies of engineering in industrial biology. Having
always been interested in cosmetics, I have carried
out my professional experiences in a complementary way
within large and small structures (Carita-SHISEIDO,
Nuxe and Dior-LVMH) and within various distribution
channels (spa, pharmacy and perfumery).
Determined to get ahead in my career, I'm looking for
an overseas position based in London in the cosmetic
sector and in marketing if possible. Remaining at your
disposal for further information, I will be grateful
for any help provided. I'm available as well at any
time to travel to London for an interview.
