RESPONSABILITIES
MAILING
- In charge of preparing all the mailing for UK and SCANDINAVIA
o Prepare price lists
o Liaise with the printer to check artwork
o Follow orders and deliveries from Paris
o Prepare customers' extractions in the database
e-MAILING
- In charge of preparing and sending out the e-mailing
campaigns for UK and SCANDINAVIA
o Confirm proposed translation to the Central teams
o Test e-mailing and give feedback to Central teams
o Prepare customers' extractions in the database and
o Release emailing according to strict time-line provided
by Central
CUSTOMER
DATABASE
- Master the use of DREAM (LV customer database)
- Request store access to DREAM
- Record and manage DREAM problems with OSIRIS
- Maintain a clean database
o Merge duplicated profiles on behalf of all stores on
RMS
o Report all Return to Sender mails in RMS and DREAM
- Assist the CRM Manager in training all the store staff
to use DREAM (clientelling training)
REPORTING
AND ADMIN
- Create weekly appraisal forms to report to Paris (for
all mailing and events)
- Log all invoices into internal system, file them and
send them to Finance

Position
summary: Part-time
internship in an international boutique Wealth Management
firm (2-3 days a week). Initial contract for 3 months

Missions

About
the role
Under the authority of the Senior Managing Director, Marketing

assistant. Through various tasks, you will be always focused

to the financial area and alternatives strategies.
Open minded, hard worker with a great attention to details,
strong analytical skills. Good command of English - any
other language will be greatly appreciated. Proactive
and good team worker with a confident communication approach.
The assistant will be the key contact with the sales persons.
He/She will be in charge of the client presentations -
he/she will be therefore trained by the management about
the products and sales approaches in order to be autonomous.
The assistant will also develop the clients' database.

Currently in my first year of MBA at ESSEC, I wish to
work in an audiovisual production society in London.
I am actually following a Master in Economics, and my
last internship was taking place in the OFCE, the French
Observatory for Economic Conjunctures, where I have participated
in several research projects. And I have planned to pursue
my study of Economics after ESSEC.
But my great passion for cinema and the Media requires
at least one work experience so that I could test the
practical skills I have developed with the Cinema Association,

structure; and have therefore any regrets in the future.

I am currently
in my last year at Essec and will be graduating in September.
I attended a major in corporate finance and I completed
a 10-month internship at Calyon in the telecom structured
finance department in Paris. This experience enabled me
to developed strong analytical and quantitative skills
as I realized in depth financial analysis. I acquired
modelling skills as I had to prepare financial models
for the associates who would use them to structure the
debt packages. I really enjoyed this experience and would
like to continue working in corporate finance, either
in a company specialized in financial services or in the
finance department of an industrial firm.
Additionally,
I will be attending a summer internship in London this
summer at the Royal Bank of Scotland. I am available for
